Aptamer-conjugated magnetic nanoparticles for extraction of adenosine from urine followed by electrospray ion mobility spectrometry

- The magnetic nanoparticles coated with antiadenosine aptamer followed by ESI-IMS was introduced.
- The proposed method was applied for the determination of adenosine in urine samples of lung cancer patients.
- The proposed method is selective, simple, and fast. Furthermore, it does not need any derivatization.
