Quantification of febuxostat polymorphs using powder X-ray diffraction technique

- Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) method developed was used for the quantitative analysis of mixtures of febuxostat polymorphs.
- Qualitative analysis, construction of the calibration curve and validation of analytical method were carried out.
- A lower assay error checked for the method can be achieved.
- This method provided accurate, fast, and reliable phase quantifications.
