چکیده انگلیسی

- An HPLC method was developed for 3,4,3-LI(1,2-HOPO), a radionuclide decorporating agent.
- 3,4,3-LI(1,2-HOPO) was derivatized to its iron complex to be analyzed as one single peak.
- Reagent ratio, pH and derivatization conditions were optimized.
- The HPLC method was validated per ICH guidelines and used in stability studies.
- Total of 11 impurities were identified by HRMS and MS/MS fragments.
