- Simultaneous determination of ATRA and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) using UPLC in rat plasma.
- Sensitive and reproducible method; low LOD of 0.5 ng/ml
- Both ATRA and cholecalciferol are highly prone to degradation and were therefore incorporated into solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs).
- Characterization of vitamins loaded SLNs.
- Pharmacokinetic studies after simultaneous subcutaneous administration as free solution or SLNs of both Vitamins, in rats.
