Development and application of a UPLC-MS/MS method for the pharmacokinetic study of 10-hydroxy camptothecin and hydroxyethyl starch conjugate in rats

- The new method possesses a low LLOQ of 0.5 ng/mL, short run time within 3 min, and high specificity.
- Conjugate prolong half life of 10-HCPT from 10 min to 3.15 h and 40-fold increase in bioavailability.
