Evaluation of the MAIIA dipstick test to detect recombinant human erythropoietin in plasma

► A novel method with potential application to antidoping is evaluated. ► The test is based on dipstick methodology that can be applied to blood or urine. ► We report the test has good sensitivity when using individual-rather than population-based cutoffs.
