A priori risk analysis is the main first step of the conti-nuous improvement process. For each new event appearing in the lab, a predictive survey should be conducted in association with an impact study. The risk analysis is of special interest concerning the qualitative domain because it permits to set up the project management. With the following lines, we take as an example the urinary microbiological test.
