This paper also underlines the interest of voluntary accreditation for integration of new laboratory in the structure, as well as that of the permanent monitoring via the Cofrac audits which help the group to “keep the cape”, this approach allowing to give confidence to the customers, and to participate in the continuous improvement of the practices and in the progressive optimization of the management of the group of laboratories.
