Leucémie à plasmocytes primitive : une forme rare de leucémie et de prolifération plasmocytaire

In the light of two cases diagnosed in the haematology laboratory of Mohammed V Military Training Hospital of Rabat, the authors compare the primary forms of plasma cell leukemia to secondary forms and multiple myeloma.
