Mycoses nosocomiales systémiques à Trichosporon asahii : à propos de trois cas au CHU Ibn Rochd de Casablanca (Maroc)

These observations confirm the existence and circulation of T. asahii and its role in the occurrence of systemic fungal infections in the context of the University Hospital Center of Casablanca. Authors, underline the importance of the early mycological diagnosis for an appropriate care of patients and for a best prognosis of these infections.
