Mimetic Ag nanoparticle/Zn-based MOF nanocomposite (AgNPs@ZnMOF) capped with molecularly imprinted polymer for the selective detection of patulin

Ag nanoparticles/flake-like (Zn)MOF nanocomposite was synthesized as a novel peroxidase-like catalyst. Based on inhibition effect of patulin on this activity, a sensitive fluorometric probe was designed for its detection. Selectivity was controlled by surface imprinting technique.298
