Novel and remarkable enhanced-fluorescence system based on gold nanoclusters for detection of tetracycline

A successful case as to the effort towards the development of a dramatic enhanced-fluorescence system built by Eu3+-Tetracycline complex in the presence of DNA-templated gold nanoclusters. This system permitted available detection of tetracycline (TC) in a linear range of 0.01-5 μM, with a detection limit of 4 nM at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3.
