High performance H2 sensor based on ZnSnO3 cubic crystallites synthesized by a hydrothermal method

► H2 sensor based on ZnSnO3 cubic crystallites is presented. ► ZnSnO3 cubic crystallites were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal reaction. ► Sensor exhibits rapid response (∼1 s), fast recovery (∼12 s) and good selectivity. ► ZnSnO3 cubic crystallites can be promisingly applied for monitoring H2.
