Nafion® modified-screen printed gold electrodes and their carbon nanostructuration for electrochemical sensors applications

► Blocking of the electrochemical signal of methylene blue by Nafion® is recovered by addition of CNTs. ► The type of carbon nanostructure is relevant since nanofibers do not unblock the electrode surface. ► Enhancement of the analytical signal by electrode CNT-nanostructuration occurs for some analytes. ► Effects of CNTs-nanostructuration on the electrochemical signal depends on the analyte nature.
