Comparison between sampling and analytical methods in characterization of pollutants in biogas

► Different methods using Tedlar bags and sorbent tubes were applied to determine contaminants in biogas samples. ► Thermal desorption and GC-MS were used to decrease limits of detection. ► Developed methods reached the low limits required to be applied to real samples.
