Pneumatically assisted electrospray-ion mobility spectrometry for quantitative analysis of intact proteins

► Quantitative analysis of intact proteins using pneumatically assisted ESI-IMS is introduced. ► Pneumatically assisted electrospray for IMS with a new design was constructed. ► Analytical parameters for insulin, bovine and human serum albumin were determined.
