A new method for quantifying N-nitrosamines in wastewater samples by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry

► We find the appropriate alternative internal standards for each N-nitrosamine (NA). ► We developed a methodology for separation, identification, quantification of NAs. ► We have high recoveries of internal standards for 8 NAs, even in wastewaters. ► A new developed method will be helpful to apply to the wastewater samples.
