Multielement analysis of micro-volume biological samples by ICP-MS with highly efficient sample introduction system

► We propose a high-throughput sample introduction of ICP-MS for less than 10 μL min−1 sample flow rate. ► The system is consisted of a loop injection and a triple tube concentric nebulizer. ► It provides a high sensitivity though the sample consumption rate is extremely low. ► It is quite useful for trace element analysis of low volume biological samples.
