Airborne particulate matter (PM) filter analysis and modeling by total reflection X-ray fluorescence (TXRF) and X-ray standing wave (XSW)

► This work use both XSW and TXRF techniques for air PM filters chemical analysis. ► Standards are prepared to be used as external reference for quantification. ► A new instrument to perform these coupled analysis (with two anode sources) is presented.
