Synthesis and in vitro anticancer activity of ferrocenyl-aminoquinoline-carboxamide conjugates

► New chloroquinolines and ferrocenyl-quinolines synthesized and characterized. ► Microwave reactions using different diamines worked well. ► Shorter reaction times than with traditional methods, and good yields. ► Compounds showed good in vitro activity against human breast cancer cells.
