Three new Ru(II)-clotrimazole complexes with diphosphine ligands was synthetized and characterized. Non-covalent interaction with DNA and high affinities with the globular protein albumin through a static quenching. Cytotoxicity against one healthy and three human tumor cell lines. Antimicrobial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.207
