Selenium doping in potential topological superconductor Sn0.8In0.2Te

Tc increases with increasing the Se doping level, achieving a maximal value of 3.9 K. Properly induced lattice shrinkage is beneficial for superconductivity in the Sn0.8In0.2Te system.
