Preparation of highly photocatalytic active CdS/TiO2 nanocomposites by combining chemical bath deposition and microwave-assisted hydrothermal synthesis

CdS/TiO2 nanocomposites were prepared using CTAB by CBD combined with MAHS method. In addition, with increasing microwave irradiation time, the morphology of CdS/TiO2 changed from popcorn-like to wedge-like structure.
