Dielectric properties and electrical conductivity of the hybrid organic-inorganic polyvanadates (H3N(CH2)4NH3)[V6O14]

► Rectangular plate-like crystals (H3N(CH2)4NH3)[V6O14] were synthesized. ► frequency and temperature dependence of AC conductivity indicate CBH model. ► The temperature dependence of DC conductivity exhibits two conduction mechanisms.
