New organoselenium compounds with intramolecular Se⋯O/ Se⋯H interactions: NMR and theoretical studies

New 1,3-bis-(phenylselanylmethyl) benzene and butyl phenylselane derivatives are synthetized with interesting Se⋯ O/Se⋯H interactions which was identified by heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy and confirmed by theoretical studies.182
