Ovalbumin-directed synthesis of fluorescent copper nanoclusters for sensing both vitamin B1 and doxycycline

In this study, a facile and green method for preparing water-soluble CuNCs@OVA has been innovatively established. This strategy for synthesizing CuNCs was raised by one-step treatment of ovalbumin, facilitating their biocompatibility and more extensive applications. Besides, this type of Cu nanoclusters could serve as the fluorescent probes for dual-channel detecting VB1 and doxycycline based on their related fluorescence quenching and enhancement.184
