Theoretical analyses of the elastic and electronic properties of InAs QDs and QD-in-WELL structures grown on GaAs high index substrates

The piezoelectric field was found to be more important in large QD than that of small QD which contribute to a little blue shift between small and large QD, when the substrate disorientation increased from (119) to (111).121
