Composition, morphology and electrical transport properties of Co-Pb electrodeposits

► Compact Co-Pb deposits were obtained by pulsed electrolysis from an acetate bath. ► The entire composition range could be achieved by pulse deposition only. ► Separate Pb and fcc Co crystals could be identified from the X-ray diffractograms. ► Samples showed anisotropic magnetoresistance, indicating that no multilayer formed. ► The superconductivity transition temperature decreased as compared to pure Pb.
