صنعت مسکن متهم به ایجاد مشکلات زیست محیطی از مصرف بیش از حد مصرف انرژی به آلودگی محیط اطراف شده است. تحقیقات در مورد تاثیر پارامترهای بهره وری انرژی در کاهش مصرف به منظور دستیابی به توسعه پایدار مسکن در حال انجام است. این مطالعه رابطه پیوندی بین پارامترهای بهره وری انرژی و سه بعد توسعه مسکن پایدار (محیط زیست، اجتماعی و اقتصادی)، به ویژه اصفهان، ایران را بررسی می کند. پژوهش بر اساس مجموعه ای از ادبیات از پرسشنامه های تحقیق و بررسی انجام شده است و در ابتدا با ارسال 130 پرسشنامه تحقیقاتی به برخی از شرکت های مشاور نامزد شده در اصفهان انجام شد. پس از یک دوره دو ماهه، 41.5٪ از این بررسی بازگشت و قابل استفاده می باشد. روش تحقیق عمدتا توصیفی از نوع تحلیل رگرسیون بوده و به عنوان نوع پژوهش مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. ارزیابی پارامترهای بهره وری انرژی در مرحله طراحی پروژه های مسکونی نشان داد که بین سه بعد پایداری در شیوه های توسعه مسکن همبستگی قوی وجود دارد. این مطالعه همچنین برخی از توصیه های دولت و شرکت های ساختمانی را برای افزایش مشارکت خود در پیشرفت های توسعه پایدار مسکن، به ویژه در طراحی با صرفه جویی در انرژی، در کشور ارائه می دهد.

The housing industry has been accused of causing environmental problems ranging from excessive consumption energy consumption to pollution of the surrounding environment. Research on the impact of energy efficiency parameters in minimizing consumption to achieve sustainable housing development is already underway. This study investigates the potential link between energy efficiency parameters and three dimensions of sustainable housing development (environmental, social and economic), in particular Esfahan, Iran. The research is based on a collection of literature from research questionnaires and surveys and was initially conducted by sending 130 survey questionnaires to certain nominated consultant firms in Esfahan. After a two-month period, 41.5% of the survey was returned and deemed usable. The analysis methods were mainly descriptive with a regression analysis and a co-relational study was employed as the type of investigation. Assessment of the energy-efficiency parameters in the design phase of housing projects revealed that there was a strong correlation between the three dimensions of sustainability in housing development practices. The study also provides some recommendations for both government and construction companies to increase their participation in sustainable housing development progress, particularly in energy-efficient design, in the country.
