Thin-film-like BSCCO single crystals made by mechanical exfoliation

► Thin-film-like BSCCO single crystals were fabricated by mechanical exfoliation. ► The ρ-T measurements show excellent superconductivity of thin BSCCO single crystal. ► We observed substrate-regulated morphology of thin-film-like BSCCO single crystal. ► Gap is observed between BSCCO and substrate in cross-section view of step structure.
