Serum metabolic profiling of type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chinese adults using an untargeted GC/TOFMS

Our results demonstrated that untargeted GC/TOFMS-based metabolic approach processed well performance to identify serum distinguishing metabolites of T2DM in Chinese adults, which may be as potential biomarkers in diagnose and treatment of diabetes. And the results also provided new insight into understand the underlying molecular mechanism.
