Identification of a support vector machine-based biomarker panel with high sensitivity and specificity for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis

► We used a support vector machine algorithm to identify nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. ► Osteoprotegerin, fibroblast growth factor 21, and M30 were included in the panel. ► The panel allowed to identify nonalcoholic steatohepatitis with high accuracy.
