Elevated serum β2-GPI-Lp(a) complexes levels in children with nephrotic syndrome

► We examine changes in the serum levels of β2-GPI-Lp(a) complexes in children with nephrotic syndrome. ► β2-GPI-Lp(a) levels are significantly elevated in nephrotic syndrome children. ► Enhanced Lp(a) oxidation in pediatric nephrotic syndrome contributes to the formation of β2-GPI-Lp(a) complexes.
