Reference values for venous and capillary S100B in children

► Potential advantage of S100B in pediatric head injury far exceeds that in adults. ► We present reference values for venous and capillary blood in healthy children. ► For the first time levels of capillary S100B in children is presented. ► These results will be pivotal in future studies of S100B in children.
