MiR-410 regulates MET to influence the proliferation and invasion of glioma

► MET is the direct target of miR-410 in glioma. ► miR-410 is low expressed in GBM compared with normal brain tissue and low grade glioma. ► Restoring expression of miR-410 in glioma cells led to proliferation inhibition and reduced invasive capability. ► miR-410 plays an important role in regulating MET-induced AKT signal transduction in glioma.
