⺠Therapeutic monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) can cause clinical infusion reactions. ⺠Two methods for predicting the risk of occurrence of such reactions are evaluated. ⺠Largest cytokine responses were to mAbs associated with clinical infusion reactions.
