Long-term use of methylphenidate in a boy with hypothalamic tumor, drug-resistant epilepsy and ADHD

- We report the successful treatment of a boy with hypothalamic tumor, gelastic seizures, drug-resistant epilepsy and ADHD
- The use of methylphenidate significantly reduced symptoms of ADHD while seizure frequency remained unchanged.
