Case Report of Worth Syndrome and Chiari I Malformation: Unusual Association and Surgical Treatment

After surgical interventions, patients' neurologic symptoms were successfully resolved. This report shows that posterior fossa decompression including duroplasty may be a valid treatment option in case of neurologic involvement.
