Síndrome de burnout en médicos docentes de un hospital de 2.° nivel en México

Burnout is common in our hospital medical teachers. The factors directly influencing it are personal concerns and lack of organisation. Sociodemographic and organisational variables are the main factors in the risk of the appearance of burnout in teachers.
