Timing of postoperative chemotherapy in patients undergoing perioperative chemotherapy and gastrectomy for gastric cancer

Timing of postoperative chemotherapy does not influence survival in patients receiving perioperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer. The results suggest that the early postoperative period may be safely used for recovery and optimizing patients for the start of PC.
