ATR exposure induced cardiotoxicity. ATR caused CYPs disruption in quail heart. ATR regulated the CYPs homeostasis by activation of NXRs responses and modulation of the transcription of the CYP isoforms. ATR exposure also triggered ER stress and induced the inflammatory response in quail heart.267
