Vascular pathologies can cause trophic disorders or be responsible for a delay in healing. The mechanisms responsible for venous hypertension, arterial insufficiency or microcirculatory involvement are different but result in a decrease in tissue perfusion. Screening/diagnostic for these pathologies should be carried out for all wounds and a treatment should start as soon as possible to allow rapid healing.
