Nouveau pansement primaire en postopératoire immédiat sur des incisions chirurgicales

The objective of this prospective clinical study, carried out on a sample of 20 patients, was to evaluate the adherence of a new hydrocellular adhesive dressing on surgical incisions and the absence of irritation of perilesional skin. The surgical incisions were closed with surgical staples, sutures or Steri-StripsTM and covered with the new hydrocellular adhesive dressing. The performance of the dressing was observed daily until healing of the wound for up to two weeks maximum. Clinical results confirm that the new adhesive hydrocellular dressing is safe and effective in the post-surgical treatment of wounds; it helps to optimize wound management, improves the quality of life of patients and achieves first-line healing.
