Domoplaies : coordination des plaies complexes en télémédecine et fonctionnalités

The Domoplaies project has been realised in partnership between two French regions, Languedoc-Roussillon and Basse-Normandie. Supported by a public funding from ASIP Santé in 2011, results have been analysed in 2016.More than 4 500 patients presenting complex wounds have been included in Languedoc-Roussillon. Costs of functioning taking care of medical, structural and logistical costs were analysed in this article. It appears that drastic reduction of expanses have been obtained, thanks to a regional call center and a networking organisation. Seven physicians experts in wound healing (dermatology, GP, vascular surgery, internal médicine and diabetology) and 11 expert nurses realised 11 878 telemedical acts in complete mobility at home, thanks also to a delegation protocole article 51 obtained with the Regional Health Agency Languedoc-Roussillon and accepted by the Ministry of Health in 2015.
