Acute vasodilator test in pulmonary arterial hypertension: Evaluation of two response criteria

We conclude that the revised criterion seems to reflect the degree of vascular remodeling more accurately, identifying patients with better preserved cardiac function, possibly in an earlier phase of the disease.
