Suivi cardiologique de l'opéré vasculaire

Vascular surgery is outstanded by a high rate of cardiovascular complications. The main preoperative investigation is stress echocardiography. Preventive medical therapy consists in betablockers, platelet inhibitors, cholesterol-lowering therapy, diabete mellitus balance and smoking cessation.
