Tortícolis ocular en el niño con síndrome de Down

Abnormal head positions are more common in patients with DS than in general population. Superior oblique muscle paresis and nystagmus have been the most common ocular etiologies in our group of patients. Another patients seem to have no ocular reasons for their head tilt. Torticollis doesn't form a part of DS phenotype so, we have to look for its aetiology.
