Oncocytome rénal

Renal oncocytoma is a rare benign tumor of the kidney. Pathological findings explain the imaging features. Nevertheless even when imaging is highly suggestive, the final diagnosis can only be established on the pathological specimen. If the diagnosis is suggested before surgery, partial nephrectomy, sparing as much as possible functional parenchyma, could be planned.
