Diagnostic non invasif de l'endométriose pelvienne

Pelvic endometriosis is a relatively frequent pathology involving the ovaries, superficial peritoneum and deep pelvic organs which clinical diagnosis is difficult. Imaging techniques play an important role in the positive diagnosis and the evaluation of disease extension. We propose in this paper to review the diagnostic criteria used for transvaginal sonography, rectal endoscopic ultrasound and in MRI and their diagnosis performance.
