Aspects pratiques de la spectroscopie monovoxel et de l'imagerie spectroscopique cérébrale en activité clinique

In spite of technical progress and its relevance in clinical investigation, H-MRS remains little used. Unfortunately, investigators find this technique difficult to perform. The aim of this article is to provide some help to the users who want to develop clinical spectroscopy (Single voxel Spectroscopy, and/or MRSI). We present proposals to facilitate MR spectrum acquisition, processing and data analysis.
